Delivery Information

Items ordered Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 2 – 4 days. Items ordered on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be posted within 2 – 4 days starting from the next working day.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery UK Mainland suggested delivery time of 2 – 5 working days, Monday to Saturday excluding bank holiday, but is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery UK Main land - £2.99 per order

This has a suggested delivery time of 2-4 days by the royal mail delivery service. If by any chance you have not received your order within this suggested time frame you must contact your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection. (It has been known in the past for postmen/women to not leave notification cards of attempted delivery.)This must be done prior to contacting us about a non-delivered order. n seven days of the date of dispatch, we ask you to kindly contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to see if it has been held for collection. This could happen if you were out, or did not hear the postman attempting the delivery.

In the unlikely event of non delivery of order within 10 days of the dispatch date, customers must notify us between 10 – 24 days of the dispatch date of non receipt of goods. We reserve the right not to reissue a duplicate order if we are not notified within this time frame. Upon reissue of a duplicate order customers must only accept one delivery, and decline all other duplicate deliveries, which will then be returned to us by Royal Mail. Failure to observe this may result in you being charged for duplicate orders received and accepted.

We accept no responsibility or liability for incorrect or incomplete delivery details given by the customer at the point of purchase. If you realise that you have made an error when entering your details, kindly contact Customer Services who will amend the details, if the order has not already been dispatched.

We accept no liability for deliveries not made within our suggested delivery time.

We accept no liability for any costs incurred by the customer for any delivery missed, delayed or refused by the customer.

Photo Frames Direct reserves the right to charge extra postage for any UK Mainland address not covered by the Royal Mail Standard Delivery rate. Customers will be contacted with an amended postage cost before dispatch, for their approval.

Photo Frames Direct do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
Prices quoted include delivery to the front door of your house or building to most addresses within the UK, deliveries are normally made within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, deliveries outside UK MAINLAND, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply. 

International delivery is via Royal Mail International signed for service. All orders can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10-14 working days. The cost for packages up to 1 KG is £12.50. Over 1 KG, there is an additional charge of £5 per half KG or part KG. A receipt will be sent for the additional amount. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tarrifs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. Sales Tax (VAT) is not charged on deliveries outside the EU. UK VAT is not charged.

After leaving the premises all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.
