LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – We will not be liable for any economic losses, loss of goodwill or any other direct or indirect losses suffered by you in connection with using this website. We take all reasonable care to verify the accuracy of the information on the website, but we accept no liability in relation to its accuracy. Upon accessing the website you agree to indemnify us against any and all claims, liability, costs, damage etc arising from any breach of the conditions of the website by you or anyone using your details. We reserve the right to withdraw and modify this website without notice and to change the terms and conditions from time to time.

This site is presented and operated by Photo Frames Direct from within the United Kingdom. Photo Frames Direct makes no representation that information or materials available on this site, or on other sites linked to this site, are appropriate or available for use in other locations, or accessible from locations where their contents may be illegal or prohibited. If you choose to access this site from other locations, you do so of your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

By registering an account you agree to receiving Newsletters from Photo Frames Direct If you do not wish to receive the newsletter then you have a right to opt out, by either clicking on the cancellation link in the newsletter, or via e-mail to Customer Services.

Photo Frames Direct has attempted to describe items accurately using the current printing technology but slight variations in actual goods may occur. Any claim howsoever arising will not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the buyer. 

Photo Frames Direct shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. The company cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions. This statement does not affect your statutory rights. Goods are sold on the understanding that they are to for used only for their intended purpose. Photo Frames Direct will accept no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing equipment supplier by us. All offers are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order of any application for credit at any time. We take care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions whilst given as a guide are subject to alteration by the seller without notice. 

No contract exists between you and us until the item is dispatched to its delivery destination. We reserve the right to not accept any order.

This website may only be used for lawful purposes.

By placing an order with Photo Frames Direct the buyer and seller accept the following conditions: 

1. DEFINITIONS In these terms and conditions the seller or the company means Photo Frames Direct and the buyer mean the Purchaser of goods from the seller under these terms and conditions. 

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights protect the goods supplied. You may not reproduce, modify or copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content without the written permission of Photo Frames Direct 

3. PRICES. Are those ruling at dispatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary. Unless otherwise stated prices and delivery charges will be inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs. 

4. ORDERING. Orders can be placed by phone or online.

5. PAYMENT. Payment is due to the company in full prior to dispatch of goods. Payment by cheque will not be accepted.

6. SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE. The retail price of Photo Frames Direct products has been carefully considered to take in to account market demands and value. 

7. NO MINIMUM ORDER. We will be delighted to accept a minimum order. 

8. CLAIMS. Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The company must be informed in writing within 14 days of date of invoice in the case of loss. The company will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits. 

9. RETURNED GOODS. If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/telephone (stating reason for return) within 30 days of receipt. If goods are returned within 30 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund excluding a 5% handling charge, postage and packaging, or an exchange. After 30 working days we will refund the cost of the order minus 5% handling charge and the postage and packaging charge paid. The costs of returning goods will be paid by you. The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required in order for a refund to be actioned. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

All returns to abide by the following conditions.  a) A request must be made to Photo Frames Direct within 30 days of receipt of goods.  b) Items can only be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and sent back to us with its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.  c) Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less a 5% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded. 

Refunds will be made within 30 days of a refund being agreed.

Personalised Items: There will also be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us. Please refer to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - Exceptions to the right to cancel

10. DELIVERY the times quoted (if any) are given in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery, all dispatches will be made direct from the point of ordering. Photo Frames Direct can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery. Neither Photo Frames Direct nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries. We may from time to time substitute gift wrap designs, when necessary.

11. EXPORT. We will be happy to quote for export orders. 

12. CANCELLATION. Prior to dispatch, cancellation will only be accepted on the following terms:
a) 5% handling charge on standard items. 
b) Special non-standard items such as specialised items with personalised details cannot be cancelled and payment must be made in full. 


14. ALTERATIONS. Any modification to orders must be confirmed in writing by the buyer and agreed in writing by the company. 

15. GUARANTEE. All items are guaranteed according to manufacturers warranty; no returns or replacements will be accepted due to fire, accident, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect or any attempt at repair or adjustment. 

16. RESTRICTIONS ON USE. The content of this website contains copyrighted material (including but not limited to code, copy and media) of or others. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute any of these materials for commercial use without the express written permission of Photo Frames Direct or other copyright owner. Any material downloaded for reference or non commercial use must retain any copyright notices.

17. WEBSITE LINKS. This website contains links to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and Photo Frames Direct take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of links to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. While Photo Frames Direct attempts to provide accurate information or materials on this site, or on any sites linked to this site, all such information is provided "as is." and Photo Frames Direct does not warrant or make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information or materials, or of the results of using

19. RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE. The risk in all goods passes to the buyer upon delivery but title in the goods remains vested in Photo Frames Direct and shall pass from the Company to the Buyer upon full payment being made of all sums to Photo Frames Direct 

20. DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS. Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 2 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery. No responsibility will be accepted for goods damaged in transit.
